Full job description:

Our private banking client located in Dallas (TX) is seeking a contract Wire Department Specialist to assist them on a short-term project. This person will process incoming and outgoing wire transfers on multiple different banking platforms and will have experience with regulatory requirements and compliance.

Requirements: 

• Experience in processing incoming and outgoing wire transfers in Silverlake Directline, Directline International, Q2, and Netteller online banking platforms is strongly preferred. 
• Ability to follow directions in a timely and accurate manner
• Has common sense and uses sound judgment
• Strong attention to detail
• Has time management skills and the ability to prioritize
• Strong sense of urgency and customer service skills
