Description: 
Our client headquartered in Irving (TX) is seeking a contract-to-hire Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team.  The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing the accounts payable cycle by ensuring that invoices are received, processed, verified, and reconciled accurately and timely. This position is expected to complete their tasks while pursuing and maintaining excellent communication, judgment, follow-up, and a high degree of professionalism.
Requirements: 
  • Expertise in 10-key
  • No more than 1-2 year(s) of experience in an accounts payable role
  • Exposure to Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • High school diploma required
