Title:  Direct Hire Mortgage Loan Processor

Description: 
Our mortgage client located in Irving (TX) is hiring Loan Processors to join their team! This is a direct-hire opportunity and would be eligible for a lucrative incentive structure. Candidates must either currently been in a loan processor role or have been a loan processor within the past 12 months. 

Role Responsibilities:
·To manage a multi-state loan pipeline; coordinates pipeline management with the Loan Consultant.
·To conduct daily reviews and follow-ups with customers and vendors regarding outstanding items; will gather necessary documentation as needed.
·To communicate to the Processing Supervisor if unable to achieve a timeline or to resolve an error.
·To escalate any fraud files to Risk Management Leadership Team.
·   To communicate with key stakeholders, including the Branch Manager, Loan Consultants, and customers on all statuses.
·To manage critical dates, for example, lock expiration, contingency date, contract date, credit doc expiration, ECOA, MDIA and other compliance-related dates.
·To perform data entry to update all internal computer systems and loan files with notes regarding all actions that affect the loan per company requirements.
·To review the HUD 1 Settlement statement for accuracy and provides it to the closing agent.
·To review title reports, payoffs, appraisals, income documents, hazard insurance, and all supporting conditions for required standard compliance prior to underwriter submission.
·To provide customer and closing agents the necessary requirements and coordination.


Requirements: 
Background Requirements:
·High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4-year college degree preferred.
·Minimum 3 years of processing experience in a high-volume mortgage setting.
·Experience with DU, DO, and LP systems.
·Knowledge of FHA and FNMA policies and guidelines.
·Knowledge of mortgage loan processing, compliance, investor products, and underwriting guidelines.
·Working knowledge of various fraud tools.
·Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
·Excellent customer service orientation.
·Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time.
·Ability to work autonomously under minimal supervision.
·Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills.
