Our real estate development client in Dallas (TX) is seeking a Sr. Benefits Administrator (contract).  This role oversees the administration of all health and welfare benefit functions as it relates to the development, support and implementation of all company benefit programs.  The role also leads special projects, seeks out and investigates new benefit programs, improves existing programs and monitors benefits administration.  The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of experience in HR in a large, high growth company environment and experience working with benefit vendor systems.

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree required; benefits certification (such as GBA or CEBS) preferred
  • Seven (7) years of benefits administration experience, including experience working with brokers
  • Project management experience related to Benefits (ACA, open enrollment, etc.) preferred
  • Recent experience with Workday required; 3-7 years preferred
  • Must be organized, flexible, able to adapt to change 
  • Mergers & Acquisitions experience required
