Our client is seeking a seeking a polished, experienced Administrative Assistant to fill an exciting role based in Uptown Dallas (TX).  Key responsibilities include managing all office mail, ordering office supplies, upkeep of the office, calendar management, and assisting with special projects as needed.  The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong technical abilities and can anticipate needs to quickly resolve any issues.




  • At least 3-5 year(s) of recent administrative/clerical experience
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, including MS Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in teams or independently
  • Proactive, personable and dependable
